Select 'More Payment Options' during checkout and choose the pick-up option.
Await confirmation. Within 12 hours of booking, we will confirm the availability of your order and notify you.
Once notified, book a pick-up appointment via our booking system (a refundable bond is required). A link to the booking system will be sent in your confirmation email.
After booking, we’ll reserve and prepare your outfit for pick-up!
POSTAL HIRES
Want Your Outfit Delivered to Your Doorstep?
Step 1:
Place an order through our website to secure your outfit.
Pay a $25 postage fee, which includes a pre paid postage satchel.
Step 2:
Await confirmation. Within 12 hours of booking, we will confirm the availability of your order and notify you.
Step 3: Once notified, book a refundable bond appointment via our booking system. Select your hire date and a random time. A link to the booking system will be sent in your confirmation email.
Step 4:
Once completed, we’ll reserve your outfit and ensure it’s posted to arrive before your hire date.
Uber Delivery
Need an outfit delivered to you ASAP?
We offer Uber delivery for your convenience! To arrange delivery, simply contact us via Instagram.
Here’s how it works:
Send us your suburb and we’ll provide a quote for Uber delivery.
If you’d like to go ahead, we’ll need the hire fee + Uber delivery payment. A refundable bond must also be paid through our booking system (we’ll send you the link).
Once everything is confirmed, we’ll order the Uber to deliver your outfit at a time that suits you best.
If you prefer to post the dress back, ask us to include a postage satchel for $14.
Alternatively, you can arrange Uber delivery back to us at a pre-arranged time.
