By participating in any service by NP Beauty Bar, you are accepting and consenting to the following terms and conditions below:

Whitening Appointment:

A valid credit/debit card is required to book an appointment, and a $20 bond is required which will go towards your treatment fee.

Other fees will be charged if:

• Your appointment is on a weekend or public holiday → $10 fee

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice → 50% of the service fee

• Late or no shows → $50 fee

Arriving on time is essential as there are time limits allowed for each appointment and cannot be exceeded. When you arrive, please inform us. Also notify us if you arrive any earlier to your appointment as we may not be ready due to cleaning, preparing and sanitising the room. Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment time. We provide enough time from your appointment for the consultation and treatment as we are unable to run behind schedule. Please inform us as soon as you can, we will try to accommodate otherwise if it is more than 15 minutes, the late fee will apply. Late fees and no shows fees apply as we have set aside time and prepared for the appointment which could have been taken by someone else.

If you can no longer make your appointment please cancel it through your confirmation email otherwise please contact us ASAP. The bond will be held and can only be transferred to your next appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given 50% of the service fee will be charged.

Prior to starting treatment, we will have a consultation. A consent form is required to be filled out before your treatment. During each whitening session an iPad is provided as you lay down so you can watch any movies/tv shows you like! An Aftercare booklet will be provided along with our aftercare kit with the option to purchase our aftercare package!

No additional people are allowed at your appointment. For hygiene purposes please remove your shoes before entering.
